ANTON IVAAN / HERMES
A personal assistant, not a public sign-up service

Hermes

An AI assistant for the everyday work between a calendar, an inbox and a document.

Hermes helps Anton Ivaan organise schedules, find and summarise email, prepare messages, and work with files and documents through a private conversational interface. It uses Google APIs only after the Google account owner grants access.

This website explains the personal deployment. It does not connect your Google account, collect your Google password, or offer public registration. The assistant runs separately from this public website.

What Hermes does

  1. Manage a schedule. Find upcoming events, check calendar conflicts, and create or update meetings requested by the account owner.
  2. Work through email. Search and read relevant messages, summarise a thread, prepare a reply, and send messages when instructed.
  3. Work with documents. Find existing Google Drive files, read relevant content, and create, organise or edit files and documents as requested.

The account’s OAuth permissions define what the integration can access. They are not an instruction to perform every action those permissions technically allow.

Why Google access is needed

Google Calendar

Read the calendar list to select calendars; read and manage events to answer scheduling questions and carry out requested meeting changes.

Gmail

Read messages for search, summaries and context; send messages on the owner’s instructions. This integration does not request Gmail mailbox-modification or message-deletion permissions.

Google Drive

Find and work with the owner’s existing files, not only files originally created by Hermes. The current Drive permission is broad: it can also allow sharing and deleting files. Such actions require the owner’s instruction.

A connection is authorised privately through Google’s OAuth flow. Google passwords are entered only on Google’s own sign-in pages, never on this website.

Data and your control

Relevant Google data can be sent to the configured AI inference provider to fulfil the owner’s request. Conversations, tool results and generated documents can be retained in the private assistant environment. The public portfolio website is not where OAuth tokens or private Google data are stored.

Read the Privacy Policy for access, use, sharing, AI processing, retention and deletion details. The Terms of Service explain permitted use and limitations.

You can revoke Google access in your Google Account. Revoking access stops future authorised access; it does not automatically erase existing conversation history or copies of files.
